Refund Policy

Our money-back guarantee

We want you to try Daily Calm without risk. Your guarantee period depends on the supply you ordered:

• 1 bag: 30 days from delivery
• 2 bags: 60 days from delivery
• 3 bags: 90 days from delivery

If you're not happy with your results within that period, email us with your order number and we'll refund the purchase price of your order to your original payment method. You do not need to return the product.

How to request a refund

Contact us with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Limits

• One refund per customer/household.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• Orders bought from anyone other than our official website are not covered.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement free of charge.
