Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.

Shipping within the United States

• Standard tracked shipping: [3-7] business days after dispatch.
• FREE shipping on orders of 2 or more bags.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it; once an order has shipped we can't redirect it.
